What does Relay do?
- It learns your brand from your website or App Store link: what you sell, who it’s for and how you sound.
- It looks at what is getting views in your niche and makes slideshows and videos for your brand in your voice.
- You swipe right to approve a post and left to pass, and edit the words first if you want.
- You connect your TikTok once, through TikTok’s own login, and Relay sends each approved post to your TikTok on its day. It lands in your TikTok inbox, where you add a caption if it is a video (slideshows arrive with Relay’s caption), can add a sound, choose who can see it and tap Post.
- You see every post’s views in one place. When one does well, Relay makes new takes of it.
Plans run from $49 to $249 a month. See pricing for what each plan makes and sends to your TikTok.
Who makes Relay?
Relay is part of Kinetic, a studio that has launched 10 apps since March 2025 with organic TikTok as its main growth channel, and Relay has generated over one billion views.
How do the brand and creator sides fit together?
Brands use Relay at relaystudio.ai. Relay’s creator side (the same Relay team and brand) is relaysocial.app and the Relay - Get Paid to Post app, where creators earn by posting brand content from their own accounts. On the paid Scale plan (not the trial), Relay’s drafts can go to those creators instead of only your own TikTok (more on creator posting). For paid social, Relay’s managed service makes UGC ads at volume.
What is Relay not?
- Relay is not Relay.app, the workflow automation company.
- Relay is not the open-source Relay Studio developer tool.
- Relay’s self-serve product works with TikTok only today, not Instagram or YouTube.
Who is behind Relay?
People on Relay’s team have worked with brands including Hims, Calm, ButcherBox and Hopper.
