Superscale costs $49 to $799+ a month as of October 2026: Starter $49, Advanced $99, Pro $199, Scale $399 and Enterprise from $799, according to its pricing page. Each plan is a monthly allowance of usage units (Superscale’s app uses its own name for them; the numbers are the same), from 4,000 to 32,000, where a static ad costs 30 and an AI video starts at 500, so a video works out to a little over $6 at best and a static to roughly $0.37 to $0.49. Its own pricing FAQ and docs still say plans start at $99, so confirm at checkout.

Key takeaways

  • Five plans, one meter. Starter $49 (4,000 units), Advanced $99 (8,000), Pro $199 (16,000), Scale $399 (32,000) and Enterprise $799+ (custom), read from the pricing page on October 8, 2026.
  • Video is where the allowance goes. An agent video starts at 500 units, so $99 buys up to 16 videos (about $6.19 each) or 250 to 266 statics (plans docs).
  • Free start, short trial. A no-card free account gets 300 units with downloads locked. The 5-day, 1,000-unit trial needs a payment method and converts unless you cancel (usage docs).
  • The entry price depends on which Superscale page you read. The $49 Starter is on the pricing page and in its llms.txt file, but not in its docs or the pricing FAQ.
  • Different unit, different job. Superscale is built for paid ad creative. Relay makes organic TikTok posts on monthly plans counted in posts made and posts sent to your TikTok (Relay pricing).

How much does Superscale cost in 2026?

These prices were read from superscale.ai/pricing on October 8, 2026. They are monthly, in USD, and Superscale’s plans docs say they exclude applicable taxes unless checkout shows a tax-inclusive price.

Enterprise$799+CustomCustomNo capNo capVolume discounts, dedicated account manager, priority support, custom SLAs

Two things are easy to miss.

First, each card lists two limits: units, which generation spends, and a separate monthly cap on AI generations that we found no definition of in Superscale’s docs. If you plan to make lots of cheap assets, ask which limit you will hit first.

Second, none of the plan cards mention ad account integrations. The plans docs, which don’t list Starter, say integrations (Meta, Google and TikTok ad accounts, plus Shopify) are included “on every plan, starting with Advanced,” while llms.txt says every signed-in account can connect available integrations. If you need ad account access, confirm Starter covers it. The cards also list MCP access, which the capabilities docs still mark as coming soon for agents, so confirm before you build on it.

Why do Superscale’s pages show different starting prices?

On October 8, 2026, four of Superscale’s own sources split two ways on the entry price ($49 or $99):

  • Pricing page plan cards: Starter at $49 a month (pricing).
  • FAQ on the same pricing page: a free trial “before choosing a plan, starting at $99 per month.”
  • Plans docs: “four monthly plans,” Advanced, Pro, Scale and Enterprise, with no Starter (plans docs).
  • llms.txt, the file written for AI engines: “Superscale starts at $49/month with a free tier available” (llms.txt).

The Shopify App Store listing differs again: Advanced $99, Pro $199 and Scale $399, with lower caps of 100, 225 and 450 AI generations a month, billed every 30 days. If you install through Shopify, compare that card with the website, and treat checkout as the source of truth.

What do Superscale’s units buy?

Generation is what costs units: chat is cheap, and downloading something you already made is free. Costs below are from Superscale’s usage docs, checked October 8, 2026.

ActionUnits
Agent static ad30
Agent video (Seedance model)From 500 (longer or chunked videos can cost more)
Report10
Agent message1
TemplateVaries, shown on the template card (video templates can cost more than an agent video)
Edit, variation or batch that makes new assetsEach new output counts
Downloading an existing asset0

Units come back automatically when a generation fails, and support can refund them for broken outputs “when the failure is real,” so budget for some iteration on top of the clean numbers.

How much does a Superscale video cost?

Superscale publishes how many statics or videos each allowance buys if spent on one format, and dividing the price by those counts gives the best-case cost per asset. Starter isn’t in its table, so that row is our math at the same rates.

PlanPriceMax videos at 500 unitsCost per videoMax statics at 30 unitsAI generation capCost per static
Starter$498~$6.13133100~$0.37 to $0.49
Advanced$9916~$6.19266250~$0.37 to $0.40
Pro$19932~$6.22533500~$0.37 to $0.40
Scale$39964~$6.231,0661,000~$0.37 to $0.40

The static column has a range because each card’s generation cap is below the statics the units allow, and if every static counts toward that cap, it binds first. Superscale’s own sizing table says 266 statics on Advanced, above the 250 cap, so ask before you plan around either figure.

Real months are a mix. Here is one plausible Advanced month at $99:

  1. 8 agent videos: 4,000 units.
  2. 100 statics: 3,000 units.
  3. 20 reports: 200 units.
  4. 400 agent messages while you brief and revise: 400 units.

That is 7,600 of 8,000 units. You get 8 videos and 100 statics, not 16 videos, and the 400 units left won’t cover even one more video at 500, so a single re-render means buying a top-up pack or dropping 4 statics.

For human-made video costs, see UGC cost per video.

What are the trial, refund, rollover and cancellation terms?

From Superscale’s plans docs, usage docs and terms, checked October 8, 2026:

  • Free account: no card, 300 units (10 statics, no videos). You can chat and generate, but downloads stay locked until you start the trial or a paid plan.
  • Trial: 5 days and 1,000 units (about 33 statics or 2 videos, per Superscale’s sizing table) on the plan you choose, for workspaces that haven’t had a subscription before. It needs a payment method, converts at the end unless you cancel first, and trial units expire when it ends.
  • Rollover: monthly plan units reset each billing period and do not carry over. Top-up packs of 2,500, 5,000 or 10,000 units stay until spent. The docs don’t list top-up prices.
  • Bonus units: 3,000 when a workspace you refer subscribes, and 3,000 for leaving a review on OMR, Capterra or G2.
  • Plan changes: upgrades apply right away, downgrades wait for the next billing period, and canceling keeps access to the end of the paid period.
  • Notice period: section 10.2 of the terms says a monthly subscription renews for another month unless terminated with two weeks’ notice before the term ends. Annual subscriptions exist and need one month’s notice, but the pricing page lists no annual price.
  • Refunds: the terms contain no money-back refund clause. Canceling in time during the trial costs nothing (section 10.3), and ordinary termination takes effect only at the end of the term (section 10.4). The refunds in the docs are units returned for failed generations. Relay’s fees are non-refundable too.

Which Superscale plan should you choose?

Pick by brands and output, using the limits on the pricing page:

  • Starter ($49): one person testing statics and a few videos. Confirm ad account integrations are included before you rely on them.
  • Advanced ($99): one brand that wants ad account integrations and up to 16 videos or about 250 statics a month.
  • Pro ($199): a small agency or multi-brand team, up to 5 brands and 5 team members.
  • Scale ($399): up to 15 brands and 15 team members, plus setup help from an AI ads specialist.
  • Enterprise ($799+): custom volume, volume discounts and SLAs (plans docs).

How does Superscale pricing compare with Relay?

They meter different things because they do different jobs. Superscale’s homepage pitches it to teams that “scale brands on Meta and Google with AI,” and its docs add organic TikTok and Instagram posts. Relay makes slideshows and videos for your brand from formats getting views in your niche, you swipe to approve, and it sends each approved post to your TikTok inbox on its day.

Superscale prices below are from its pricing page; Relay’s are from relaystudio.ai/pricing. Both checked October 8, 2026.

Per output at the $99 price point, Superscale Advanced makes up to 16 videos at about $6.19 each or 250 to 266 statics at $0.37 to $0.40 each. Relay Growth makes up to 120 posts and sends up to 60 to your TikTok, about $1.65 per post sent or $0.83 per post made if you use the full allowance. A Relay post can be a slideshow or a video, so that is not a like-for-like video price, and our TikTok content cost per post guide puts both next to agencies and creators. When is Superscale the better buy?

On price alone, Superscale is the better buy in these cases:

  • You need statics in volume. Around 250 static ads for $99, at about $0.37 to $0.40 each, is hard to beat if display creative is the job. Relay makes TikTok slideshows and videos, not static ads.
  • You run many brands on one bill. Superscale Pro covers up to 5 brands for $199 and Scale up to 15 for $399, each with matching team seats (pricing).
  • You want a longer free start. A no-card free account with 300 units, then a 5-day trial, gives you more room to test than Relay’s 1-day trial, which needs a card (plans docs).

If paid ads or Instagram are the job, Superscale fits better, since Relay’s self-serve product works with TikTok only and does not manage ad spend. See Relay vs Superscale for the full feature fit.

When does Relay make more sense?

  • You want output counted in posts. Relay plans count posts, not units: 40, 120 or 300 made a month, and 20, 60 or 150 sent to your TikTok, spread across the month (see TikTok content for brands).
  • You want creators posting some drafts. Scale at $249 a month includes Relay’s network of 50,000 creators, who can post your approved drafts from their own accounts. Scale’s 150 posts a month are split between your TikTok and the network, and a post nobody picks up within 7 days comes back to you.

For more options, see our Superscale alternatives guide. If organic TikTok is the job, paste your website at relaystudio.ai to start. It’s $0 today on a 1-day trial (card required) that converts to the paid first month unless you cancel before it ends.

Questions people ask

How much does Superscale cost?

As of October 2026, Superscale’s pricing page lists Starter at $49 a month, Advanced at $99, Pro at $199, Scale at $399 and Enterprise from $799, each with a monthly usage allowance (4,000 units on Starter up to 32,000 on Scale) that resets every billing period. Its pricing FAQ and docs still say plans start at $99, so treat checkout as the source of truth.

Does Superscale have a free plan or a free trial?

Yes, both. A free account needs no card and comes with 300 units, but downloads are locked. Workspaces that have not had a Superscale subscription before can then start a 5-day trial with 1,000 units, which needs a payment method and converts to the plan you picked unless you cancel first.

How much does one Superscale video cost?

As of October 2026, an AI video made by Superscale’s agent (Seedance model) starts at 500 units, so the $99 Advanced plan covers up to 16 videos, about $6.19 each, if you spend nothing else. Messages, reports, edits and longer videos draw from the same allowance, so the real cost per finished video is usually higher.

Do unused Superscale units roll over?

No. Monthly plan units reset each billing period and do not carry over. Active paid plans can buy top-up packs of 2,500, 5,000 or 10,000 units that stay until spent, but Superscale’s docs don’t publish their prices.

Can I get a refund from Superscale?

As of October 2026, Superscale’s terms include no money-back refund clause. Canceling during the 5-day trial costs nothing, and after that a cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid term. Its docs describe returning units only when a generation fails or comes out unusable because of a product issue.

Is Superscale cheaper than Relay?

It depends on what you need. As of October 2026, $99 a month buys Superscale Advanced up to 16 AI videos (about $6.19 each) or roughly 250 to 266 static ads, while Relay Growth at $99 makes up to 120 TikTok posts and sends up to 60 to your TikTok, about $1.65 per post sent (a slideshow or a video) if you use them all. If you need static ads, Superscale is the option, since Relay doesn’t make them.
