What it costs a brand to post on TikTok every day (2026 math)

Posting on TikTok daily (30 posts a month) costs $49 to $99 with AI tools, $629 with a productized shop and $15,000+ with a full-service agency.

Posting on TikTok every day means about 30 posts a month, and the cost depends almost entirely on who makes them. As of October 2026, a full-service agency that includes daily posting runs $15,000 to $30,000 or more a month, UGC creators run $100 to $400 a video ($3,000 to $12,000 for a month), and AI tools that cover a post a day run $49 to $99 a month (ReelFarm, Relay). Per post, that is the gap between $500 or more and about $1.63 to $3.30.

Key takeaways

  • Daily is about 3.5 times what the median brand posts: Quid’s 2026 benchmark puts the median brand at 2.0 TikTok videos a week.
  • Agency retainers work out to about $21 to $1,000 or more per post. The cheap end edits footage you supply or stock; the expensive end brings strategy, paid ads and a team.
  • Creators cost $100 to $400 a video before usage rights, so a month of daily creator videos runs $3,000 to $12,000.
  • AI tools cost about $1.63 to $3.30 a post at one a day (less if you use a plan’s full allowance), but you still own approvals, and most of them don’t film real people.
  • Posting more raises your odds of a breakout, not the typical post’s views, so cost per post decides whether daily posting is affordable.

How many posts is “every day,” and is it worth paying for?

Every day is 30 posts a month. Most brands post far less: Quid’s 2026 benchmark found the median brand publishes 2.0 TikTok videos a week, about 9 a month. Even large accounts stop short of daily: Socialinsider’s benchmarks show accounts with 100K to 1M followers posting about 23 times a month in 2025, up from 15.

TikTok’s own advice depends on who is asking. Its creative strategy guide for small businesses says you don’t need to post daily, but you should keep a schedule and stick to it. Its Creator Academy guidance for publishers says success cases show publishers who post multiple times a day get higher video views and more For You feed exposure, and suggests a daily target you can consistently hit.

Buffer’s study of 11.4 million TikTok posts from more than 150,000 accounts shows what the extra volume buys:

Posts a weekMedian views per post90th percentile views
14893,722
2 to 55066,983
6 to 1048710,092
11+45914,401

Daily posting (7 a week) falls in Buffer’s 6 to 10 bracket: median views of 487, about the same as posting once a week, but top-10% posts reach 10,092 views, about 2.7 times the 3,722 at one post a week. Buffer recommends 2 to 5 posts a week as the most efficient cadence, the honest default when each post is expensive. Daily posting is a bet on breakouts, and it pays only when a miss costs a few dollars. More in how often a brand should post on TikTok.

What does a TikTok agency charge for daily posting?

“Agency” covers everything from a productized editing shop to a full team with paid media, so daily posting runs from about $21 to $1,000 or more a post as of October 2026:

  • The cheap end edits, it doesn’t film. $99 Social lists 30 short-form videos for $629 a month, edited from your footage or stock: $629 ÷ 30 = about $21 a post.
  • The top end is a full team. Virlo puts full-service retainers with a dedicated team, daily posting and influencer campaigns at $15,000 to $30,000 or more a month: $15,000 ÷ 30 = $500 a post.

Mid-market retainers, such as MarketerHire’s $7,500 to $18,000 plus ad spend, include ads management, so dividing them by videos overstates what the videos alone cost. A big retainer pays off when you need filmed content and someone accountable for it, not when your only problem is volume. Every tier, with minimum terms and what each includes, is in our guide to what TikTok agencies cost.

What do freelancers or an in-house hire cost per post?

Freelance editors. Hirevire’s September 2026 guide puts US freelance editors at $25 to $50 an hour, offshore editors at $8 to $25, or $30 to $150 per clip. Thirty clips a month is $900 to $4,500, for editing only: someone still has to find ideas, film, caption and post.

An in-house social media manager. At Built In’s $94,240 average total compensation, about $7,850 a month, a daily schedule works out to about $262 a post before benefits and software. The full comparison is in TikTok agency costs.

Doing it yourself. CapCut Pro costs $19.99 a month on the US App Store, about $0.67 a post at 30 posts. The real cost is time: at an hour a post, daily posting is 30 hours a month.

What does it cost to have creators make a post every day?

  • Marketplace average: Collabstr’s 2026 report on more than 21,000 collaborations, as reported by Net Influencer, put the average UGC campaign at $197, down from $209. At one video per campaign, 30 is $5,910 a month.
  • Single videos: $100 to $400 for a typical UGC video, or $40 to $150 offshore. A daily month is $3,000 to $12,000, or $1,200 to $4,500 offshore.

Creators are the right buy for a handful of videos where a real face sells the product, and rarely for 30 posts a month. Fees and add-ons are broken down in how much UGC costs per video.

What do AI tools cost per TikTok post?

AI tools charge a subscription, so cost per post falls as volume rises. Prices are as of October 2026; cost per post assumes you use the full monthly allowance:

Tool and planMonthly priceMonthly volumeCost per postBest for
Creatify Pro$99A 300-unit monthly allowance, about 60 fifteen-second ads (5 units per 15 seconds of video)About $1.65AI avatar ads for paid testing
Fastlane Growth$49100 content savesAbout $0.49 per savePosting to TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn
ReelFarm Growth$49100 slideshows, published to TikTokAbout $0.49High-volume slideshow automation
Relay Growth$99120 made, 60 sent to your TikTok$0.83 made, $1.65 sentBrand posts you approve, waiting in your TikTok inbox

Each tool wins somewhere. ReelFarm is the cheapest per slideshow (about $0.38 on its $95 Scale plan for 250, and about $0.26 on its $195 Enterprise plan for 750) and lets you add as many TikTok accounts and team members as you like. Fastlane posts to TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn, its Growth plan includes access to 100 videos from its human UGC library, and it has a limited free plan. Creatify is built for paid avatar ads. Slideshow trade-offs are in Relay vs ReelFarm.

Two costs hide behind the low numbers: your time setting up and approving, and labeling. TikTok’s Community Guidelines require creators to label AI-generated content that shows realistic-looking scenes or people, and unlabeled content may be removed or restricted. More in TikTok’s AI-generated content rules.

Which AI tools cover a post a day for under $100?

  • ReelFarm Growth, $49: 100 slideshows a month, about $1.63 each at one a day.
  • Fastlane Growth, $49: 100 content saves a month, with posting to TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn.
  • Relay Growth, $99: 60 posts a month sent to your TikTok, from 120 drafts.
  • Creatify Pro, $99: about 60 fifteen-second avatar ads, aimed at paid ad testing.

Creatify Starter ($39, about 20 ads) and Relay Starter ($49, 20 sent) fall short of daily.

How does Relay’s cost per post work?

Relay (relaystudio.ai) makes TikTok content for your brand. You paste your website or App Store link, and Relay looks at what’s getting views in your niche and makes slideshows and videos inspired by those formats. You swipe right to approve or left to pass, and Relay sends each approved post to your TikTok inbox on its day, where you add any finishing touches and tap Post. When you post the draft in TikTok, turn on the AI-generated content setting if the post uses realistic AI imagery, and the content disclosure toggle where it applies.

Each plan has two numbers, posts made (drafts you review) and posts sent to your TikTok, as of October 2026:

PlanMonthly pricePosts madeCost per post madePosts sentCost per post sent
Starter$4940$49 ÷ 40 = $1.2320$49 ÷ 20 = $2.45
Growth$99120$99 ÷ 120 = $0.8360$99 ÷ 60 = $1.65
Scale$249300$249 ÷ 300 = $0.83150$249 ÷ 150 = $1.66

Which plan covers every day:

  • Starter sends 20 a month, about five a week: not a daily plan.
  • Growth sends 60 a month (about two a day) from 120 drafts, the lowest plan that covers a post every day.
  • Scale sends up to 150 a month in total, about five a day, split between your TikTok and Relay’s creator network, whose creators post your approved drafts from their own accounts.

On every plan, posts go to the TikTok accounts you connect.

The per-post figures assume you use the full allowance. Post once a day on Growth and you use half, so your real cost per post sent doubles to $99 ÷ 30 = $3.30. First months are $25, $45 and $149, and annual billing gives 2 months free. Full details are on the pricing page, and what a month looks like is in TikTok content for brands.

For paid social, Relay’s team also makes UGC ad creative as a separate managed service, at about $5 a creative from its network of 50,000 creators; your media buyer or agency runs the ad account. A $5 creative and a creator-filmed video with negotiated usage are different units.

What does a month of daily TikToks cost with each option?

What hidden costs change the math?

  1. Ad spend. Agency retainers exclude it, and MarketerHire puts the realistic minimum at $10,000 a month.
  2. Usage rights. Creator rates usually cover the video, not paid use. Hirevire puts paid usage at 25% to 50% extra for 30 days, 50% to 100% for 90 days and 100% or more for perpetual use.
  3. Minimum terms. Virlo says most agencies require 3 to 6 month minimums.
  4. Review time. Every option except doing it yourself still needs someone to approve 30 posts a month.

When is Relay the wrong way to post daily?

  • You need Instagram, YouTube or LinkedIn publishing. Relay’s self-serve product works with TikTok only. Fastlane or a productized agency like $99 Social covers more channels.
  • You want real people on camera every day. Hire creators or an agency that films. Relay’s self-serve posts are AI-made slideshows and videos.
  • You want someone to run paid ads or reply to comments. Relay’s self-serve plans don’t manage ad spend, and a management agency such as LYFE includes page monitoring.
  • You want the lowest cost per slideshow across many accounts. ReelFarm’s $49 plan makes 100 slideshows and lets you add as many TikTok accounts as you like.
  • You post twice a week and enjoy filming. CapCut Pro ($19.99 a month) and your own footage will serve you better than a tool built for volume.

If daily posting is the goal and the agency quote is the blocker, compare the plans on the pricing page, or paste your website at relaystudio.ai to see posts made for your brand ($0 today on a 1-day trial, card required).
